Who handles your data
Akantos Technology, based in Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil. We are the controller of the data sent through this website under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we collect
Through the “Book a call” form: your name or your company's name, WhatsApp number, your main business challenge and, if you choose to provide it, your email. We also record the date and time you authorised the use of your data.
What we use it for
Only to reply to you, schedule a demo and send a proposal if you ask for one. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent (LGPD art. 7, I, and GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the authorisation on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where the data is stored and for how long
Data is stored with Supabase, a cloud database service, with access restricted to the Akantos team. Data from the EU is transferred to Brazil, which the European Commission recognised in January 2026 as providing an adequate level of protection. If the contact does not become a contract, we delete the data within 24 months.
Your rights
You may request confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, deletion, portability and the withdrawal of consent (LGPD art. 18; GDPR arts. 15 to 21), and you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise your rights, write to us using the “Book a call” button at the top of the site. We reply within 15 days.
Cookies and analytics
The restricted area only uses the cookies needed to keep you logged in. If you accept in the cookie notice, we also use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the results of our ads. These companies may process data in other countries under their own policies. Without your consent, these tools are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
AI assessment
When you take the assessment and ask for the full result, we store your answers together with the contact details you provide, only to prepare the conversation about the result.
